Wassim is a livestock farmer from a family tradition. His father started the activity in 2012 with a small herd of 15 goats, which he gradually expanded over time. At the same time, he worked as a bricklayer, combining this job with shepherding in the afternoons, an activity he had already carried out with great dedication in Morocco.
Over time, they managed to grow the herd to 100 goats, but an incident forced them to start over again, this time focusing on sheep. Despite the difficulties, the project has become well established, and they currently have around 250 sheep, allowing them to make a living from the family business.
They graze forests in the Montblanc area and also collaborate with local farmers, using the flocks to manage and make use of pasture in agricultural fields.
