WagyuCat is the family project of Kevin Rodenas in Tavertet. They raise Wagyu cattle, practicing regenerative livestock farming and grazing on meadows and holm oak and oak forests. They operate a fully closed-loop system: the calves are born on the farm, raised there, and then sold mainly to restaurants and butcher shops in both Catalonia and Andorra.
