Ramats de Foc’s new dairy catalog: products that care for the region

We’ve just released a new catalogue dedicated to the dairy products made by some of the farmers who are part of the Ramats de Foc project. It features cheeses, yoghurts, and kefirs made from the milk of their own herds, which graze in strategic areas to help manage the risk of wildfires.

These products stand out not only for their quality and unique identity but also for their environmental value. The herds graze in key locations where their presence helps reduce underbrush and vegetation that could otherwise fuel large forest fires.

Through this initiative, Ramats de Foc highlights the ecosystem services of extensive livestock farming, showcasing a production model that protects the landscape and brings vitality to the territory. The catalogue is a reflection of our commitment to food, sustainability, and fire prevention.
