Verónica grazes a herd of Albera cattle in the municipality of Rojals, with the aim of promoting a livestock farming project rooted in the local area and based on the sustainable management of the environment. Her goal is to develop a closed-cycle beef production model, overseeing all stages of the production process and focusing on high-quality, locally produced meat.
In addition, her activity will be complemented by the management of grazing areas through a flock of sheep already operating in the area and managed by David Arenas, who is also a livestock farmer. This collaboration will help optimize the use of natural resources, support the maintenance of the agroforestry mosaic landscape, and contribute to wildfire risk management.
