Carles Cobo leads a project, Aliment Humà, an association that produces its own food with a strong commitment to sustainability and animal welfare. The project aims to create a collaborative economic model where risks and decision-making are shared, promoting responsible production that minimizes impacts on the environment and people.
The goal of Aliment Humà is to generate high-quality local products, such as eggs from freely grazing hens, goat milk, and its derivatives, always with the intention of positively transforming the environment. In this sense, Carles actively contributes to wildfire risk management through extensive grazing with his flock, utilizing the accumulation of underbrush to reduce plant fuel.
