This is a project promoted by Eixarcolant that wants to develop an evaluation system that shows the environmental, socioeconomic and fair price footprint behind the food products consumed. The evaluation and transparency system will make it possible to identify and communicate externalities (positive or negative) derived from purchasing actions. Consumers will have primary (and now non-existent) information to be able to decide what to buy. The system incorporates purchase criteria aligned with the values of SSE and agroecology.
