Pau Gil has lived in Vandellòs his entire life. After completing a vocational training course in agriculture, he began working on farms, but soon realized that this model did not fit his way of understanding livestock farming.
In 2019, together with Vane, he decided to start his own project and commit to extensive livestock farming. Since then, they have been working with a system based on grazing.
The goats are only kept enclosed during the breeding season to avoid predators; the rest of the year they roam freely in the forest, also contributing to land management and maintenance.
