La Bardissa in Santa Maria de Oló is the livestock project of Júlia López and Marta. Their flock of 300 Ripollès sheep and 70 Florida dairy goats graze the fields and forests on their farm, reducing the risk of fires. With the goats’ milk, they make yogurt, cottage cheese, and semi-ripened cheese, all certified organic.
