David Coll organically manage a herd of milk sheep of the lacaune breed that graze meadows and cork oak groves in the Macizo de las Salinas, in Agullana. After a fire burnt down a large part of the forests in the area, he began to introduce extensive livestock farming as another way of managing the forest and now their sheep graze daily, thus favouring the management of the territory.
