David manages 600 heads of cattle, kept in two different farms. Their grazing area is in Alcover, Mont-ral, Farena, Cogullons, Rojals and Montblanc, depending on the availability and quality of the pastures. As they move through the territory, they build fences (“pletas”) and set the water supply points. This activity is complemented by Verónica Gutiérrez, who grazes Albera cattle in the municipality of Rojals.
