Peralada Mas Marcè is formed by a family that for more than 6 generations has been dedicated to livestock, and has specialized in the production of organic sheep and cow dairy products, while also marketing the Lletó lamb. They have three flocks of Ripollesa and Laconese sheep, one of which grazes in areas with a high risk of fires throughout the year, located in the municipalities of Sant Climent Sescebes and Espolla (Alt Empordà).
