Vedells Palomeras is Laura López’s farm. She started with a herd of cattle and, as she gained experience, developed an extensive livestock system with rotational grazing to make the most of the pasture, while also managing the undergrowth and reducing wildfire risk in the forests of Oix, in the Alta Garrotxa.
