Peralada Mas Marcè is made up of a family who have been shepherds for more than six generations, and who have specialised in the production of organic sheep and cow’s milk products, as well as marketing Lletó lamb. They have three flocks of Ripollesa and Laconese sheep, one of which grazes in areas with a high risk of fire throughout the year, located in the municipalities of Sant Climent Sescebes and Espolla (Alt Empordà).
