Following the recognition of <strong>Catalonia as the World Region of Gastronomy 2025<\/strong>, several funding programs have been launched to support projects that strengthen the region\u2019s gastronomic identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramats de Foc has received support from two lines of grants within the framework of promoting Catalonia\u2019s gastronomy and food heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the one hand, the <strong>Heroes of the Pantry<\/strong> grant supports products and initiatives linked to the country\u2019s food heritage. In this context, Ramats de Foc stands out as a project that combines extensive livestock farming, wildfire risk management, and the promotion of a local, sustainable, and territory-rooted product. You can check the activities carried out with this grant <strong>here<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, it has also benefited from the grant corresponding to <strong>\u201c12 Months, 12 Gastronomic Landscapes\u201d<\/strong>, an initiative that highlights Catalonia\u2019s territorial diversity and agri-food richness throughout the year, linking each month to a landscape and its characteristic products.
