Her goal is to develop a closed-cycle beef production model, overseeing all stages of the production process and focusing on high-quality, locally produced meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, her activity will be complemented by the management of grazing areas through a flock of sheep already operating in the area and managed by David Arenas, who is also a livestock farmer.
