Pau Gil has lived in Vandell\u00f2s his entire life. After completing a vocational training course in agriculture, he began working on farms, but soon realized that this model did not fit his way of understanding livestock farming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, together with Vane, he decided to start his own project and commit to extensive livestock farming. Since then, they have been working with a system based on grazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goats are only kept enclosed during the breeding season to avoid predators; the rest of the year they roam freely in the forest, also contributing to land management and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
